Programme Delivery Format

The course objective is to develop applied management skills for use within the organisation. The course facilitator will take a blended learning approach to the programme delivery. Each module is a self-contained half day training seminar with presentations on management theory, techniques and tools, breakout sessions and discussions applying tools and techniques to the employers’ organisation. Structured exercises seek to ensure that each delegate integrates learning and the work environment.


Currently there is no formal assessment or end test, However, we are currently seeking accreditation for the programme with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) so we can certificate the programme with a nationally recognised management certificate for delegates despite it being designed with the client needs in mind and not purely an off the peg programme. ILM guidance will dictate whether an assessment method will be necessary, and we will advise you at the time of course booking.
